Welcome to the R&B USA web on-line mold design Help Desk site.
R&B's Help Desk is an extension of the support and maintenance services which we offer to our MoldWorks/SplitWorks community and is available to all SolidWorks mold designers. This service includes:
  • On-line
    • Refresher training. (SolidWorks and/or SplitWorks/MoldWorks).
    • Consulting on splitting/mold design of specific parts.
  • Extended services
    • On-site training and implementation.
    • Outsourcing at any level of mold design projects.

Who

The help desk facitlity is manned by experienced mold designers who are proficient with SolidWorks and MoldWorks/SplitWorks lead by John Edwards.

How it works:

Once an order for the help desk has been received we will send you an email invitation to join an on-line web meeting. The meeting is conducted both on local or host machines and with instructor or local control according to your preference.
