Existing R&Bs customers should use this form to submit a Product Enhancement.

Please note:

Do not submit technical questions or problems with the software on this form. To serve you best, technical support is provided exclusively through your Authorized R&B Reseller. We can not guarantee a response if you submit questions/problems through this form. If your reseller is not providing adequate support, please let us know so that we may investigate further.

Do not use this form to request the latest version of R&B Software. Customers on the Software Update Plan can download the latest version from the support section of the R&B web site. No CDs will be shipped based on requests on this form.
