SplitWorks creates an environment allowing you to split any part into core/cavity and side cores. Complex parts are separated into manageable core, cavity and undercut areas. Parting lines are created automatically through the silhouette functionality and along with manual intervention allow you to shape the parting line to your specific needs. The parting surface is developed with specific and general easy to use surface dialogues. Extensive tools allow you to create the mechanisms needed to extract the part from the mold. |

MoldWorks the complete mold tool design product comes with over 15 commercial catalogues and allows standard and non-standard design without restricting the user. MoldWorks includes mold size estimation, instant initial mold base creation including plate assembly and initial default components with component holes according to their oversize values. For the detailing of the mold tool MoldWorks offers a component wizard with an extensive library and an easy to use dialogue system which creates and integrates components into the mold in a design friendly environment. The cooling system routing module creates pipes and pipe components from a sketch or sketches, automatically analyzing the edges and boundaries of the plates/inserts while at the same time checking for interferences. Modifications of the mold tool are fully associative, can deal with any proposed change at any stage of the mold design. |

| ElectrodeWorks automates all aspects of extraction, design, management, documentation and manufacturing of EDM electrodes. Fully integrated into the SolidWorks environment ElectrodeWorks guides you through the electrode design and production process. You design the electrode through a comprehensive yet easy to use user interface; the electrode manufacturing and EDM positioning drawings, and the machining files are automatically created.
